Family Visa
If a U.S. citizen or a permanent resident who currently has a green card has a relative that they wish to bring to the United States they can do so by sponsoring the individual. The eligibility for a family visa is restricted to immediate relatives such as a spouse, child, parent, or a sibling (21 years of age or older). For family relationships that are more distant that the above such as a cousin or an uncle, you can file for a Family Preference Visa, however it is important to note that the number of these types of visas approved each year are limited and there are many factors in obtaining an approval.
Green Card
Permanent Resident Cards, more commonly referred to as Green Cards are technically Visas that allow for permanent residence to an individual to live and to work in the United States. They are normally issued prior to arrival in the U.S. and are usually applied for after a period of time in which an applicant already has a type of immigrant visa.
Consular Processing
If you or a family member is currently outside of the United States we can assist in the application of an immigrant visa or a green card through a U.S. Embassy or Consulate.
